# A track plays only 30 seconds or is unavailable

> It is a Go+ track or a region-locked track. With STAR, Go+ tracks play in full

| What you see | What to do |
| - | - |
| **Preview only** | It is a Go+ track or a region-locked one: SoundCloud gives only 30 seconds. With [STAR](/en/star) Go+ tracks play in full. |
| **Track is unavailable** or **Failed to load track** on one track | The track is Go+, region-locked, deleted, hidden, or SoundCloud is limiting requests. Try again later. soundcloud.com shows what is wrong with the track. |
| **Failed to load track** on every track | [Tracks don't load or stay at 1%](/en/fix/tracks-not-loading) |
| **PREVIEW** on the **Offline** page | The file was not saved in full. Hover the row and click **Re-download**. |
