# Where to report a problem

> Three steps first. Then: questions go to Discord, bugs with a log go to GitHub

There is no English help channel. Write in **chat-en** on Discord, or open a GitHub issue in English.

## First

    Click **Settings -> General -> Updates -> Check for updates**.

  <Step title="Check the network">
    Open **Settings -> Network -> Network check -> Check** and follow the advice under the result. [What the result means](/en/fix/network-check)

    Can't sign in? On the sign-in screen click **Continue without signing in**: Settings is there too.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in again">
    Click **Settings -> Account -> Sign Out**, then **Sign in with SoundCloud** and allow access in the browser. Downloaded tracks and settings stay.

GitHub does not open? Write in Discord. First time on Discord? Pass the check in the verification channel first.

Attach a screenshot, `desktop.log` ([where it is](/en/help/logs)) and the **Network check** report (the **Copy report** button).
