Install the token extension

In Chrome or Firefox find the extension Yandex Music Token and install it.

Copy your token

Open music.yandex.ru, click the extension icon and copy the token.
Never show your Yandex token to anyone.

Paste the token into the app

Open Settings -> Integrations -> Import, click Import from Yandex Music and paste the token.

Start the import

Choose Order in the playlist (Newest on top or Oldest on top) and click Start import.The import runs in the background: click Hide to put the window away.

Where did my tracks go

They are not likes but private playlists Yandex Music, Yandex Music 2 and so on, 500 tracks each. Find them in Library -> Your Playlists. Each track is the first SoundCloud search result, so a remix sometimes slips in. Tracks that are not found are skipped: the Found and Not found counters show during the import.
The desktop app has no import from them.
The same Yandex Music playlists are rewritten in the order you chose.
